A feedback app succeeds when people can answer two questions quickly: “What’s new?” and “What should we do about it?”
Design the core navigation around the way teams work: review incoming items, understand one item deeply, and zoom out by feature area and outcomes.
Inbox is the default home. It should show newly arrived and “Needs triage” feedback first, with a table that supports fast scanning (source, feature area, short summary, customer, status, date).

Keep tags intentionally small and stable. A good default is 10–30 tags total, with most feedback using 1–3 tags.
Define tags as meaning, not mood. For example, prefer Export or Mobile Performance over Annoying.
Write a short tagging guide inside the app (e.g., in /help/tagging): what each tag means, examples, and “don’t use for” notes.

Start by collecting only what you truly need. If a public form doesn’t require a phone number or full name, don’t ask for it.

For deletion requests, implement a simple workflow:
