Back the next wave of AI-built software
Koder.ai turns natural language into production-ready web applications on a full-stack platform built for non-technical teams and engineers alike.
Confidential metrics and full deck available on request.
We track active builders, projects created, and credits consumed across the platform.
Credit-based usage and org subscriptions give us clear levers on margin and expansion.
We optimize for repeated project activity and published apps, not one-off demos.
Why this market, why now
AI has made it possible for anyone who can describe a process to ship working software. Koder.ai gives them the rails, governance, and infrastructure to do it safely.
Every team needs internal tools, client portals, and automations, but engineering bandwidth is finite and expensive. Non-technical teams are stuck in spreadsheets and ticket queues.
Modern models can generate high-quality code and UI, but most solutions stop at the demo. Companies still need repeatable workflows, review, and deploy pipelines.
The shift from autocomplete inside IDEs to full agentic systems that plan, edit, lint, build, and deploy code unlocks a new category: prompt-to-production platforms.
What Koder.ai does
We are building the AI development platform where non-technical users describe what they need, and Koder handles the code, infrastructure, and deployment end to end.
Users describe the app in chat. Our agents generate a full React + Tailwind codebase, spin up an HMR dev container, and show a live preview in seconds.
Built-in Monaco editor and file tree let engineers fine-tune the codebase. All changes flow through our agent tools with linting, formatting, and checkpoints.
When a project is ready, we build, upload to S3-based hosting, wire it through Caddy and CDN, and expose system and custom domains with automatic SSL.
A category-defining opportunity
We sit at the intersection of AI developer tools, low-code platforms, and internal tooling — in a market already validated by Lovable, Replit, Vercel v0, and Cursor.
Focused on durable, product-led growth
- Massive spend on developer tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and integration-heavy internal tools.
- Non-technical users are increasingly budget owners and decision makers for internal software.
- AI-native platforms win by compressing idea-to-production time and owning the full lifecycle.
Our positioning
How we measure progress
We share full numbers and growth curves in our investor materials. Publicly, we focus on the shape of the business we are building.
Active builders, projects per active organization, and frequency of published deploys.
MRR, gross margin on LLM usage, and credits sold vs. consumed.
We design pricing around clear payback and expansion while keeping infrastructure unit economics healthy.
Credits per project, iterations per chat run, and repeat engagement over 30/90 days.
Technology and defensibility
Koder.ai is not just a UI on top of an API. We run a deep stack that ties models, code operations, and infrastructure into a cohesive platform.
A planner agent coordinates work and an executor agent performs precise file operations (create, edit, search, lint, build). This gives us structured data on every action.
Code Services manage Docker workspaces, dev containers with HMR, linting, and builds. Projects are versioned via Git and published through S3 + Caddy + CDN.
Every chat run, message, and executor task is logged. Over time this becomes a rich corpus for prompt optimization, templates, and higher-level automation.
Business model and GTM
We combine a self-serve product with an organizational model that scales from solo builders to enterprises.
- Free plan with daily credits to drive bottom-up adoption and sharing.
- Pro and Business plans per organization, with configurable monthly credit allocations.
- Enterprise plans with higher limits, compliance, SSO, and BYOK options.
- Product-led growth: start in the browser, create a project, and get to value within minutes.
- Community gallery and templates showcase what teams can build with Koder.ai.
- Sales-assisted deals for larger organizations and regulated industries.
Team and roadmap
We are experienced builders with a strong bias toward shipping real infrastructure, not demos.
Company
- Founders with background in developer tools, infrastructure, and product-led SaaS.
- Lean, senior team focused on shortening build cycles and validating usage before scaling headcount.
- Advisors and early partners who pressure-test product direction and security requirements.
